FAQs

Is there parking at the salon?

Yes, there is on-street parking available on the same road as the salon and on the side street next to the salon.

How old do I have to be for treatments?

By law, you must be 18 to have any injectable treatments. You may be asked for ID so please bring this to your appointment if you feel you look younger than 18.

Do I need a patch test?

Some treatments such as filler dissolving, semi-permanent make-up and brow & lash treatments require a patch test beforehand. You will be notified if you need to attend for a patch test before your appointment.

Can I bring someone along to my appointment?

You are welcome to bring a friend or relative along to your appointment. However, they must be over 18 as children are not allowed in the treatment room.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The rest is due at your appointment.

Do you take before & after photos of treatments?

I do take before and after photographs or videos of all clients for insurance purposes and for your treatment record. However, these will not be used on social media or my website without full consent from yourself first.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

If you are required to have a patch test or nurse consultation before your appointment then you will be contacted to arrange this.

Please try to attend without wearing make-up if you can and make sure you have eaten and are hydrated before having any injectable treatments. You will be required to complete a consultation form before any treatments that includes your medical history and medication so please have this information to hand when you attend.

Deposits

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure any appointment you book. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Until your deposit is paid, your appointment is not confirmed and you risk losing your chosen date/time.

If no deposit is received after 24 hours of booking then your appointment may be offered to other clients.

Cancellations

If you cancel an appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Any appointments rescheduled after this time risk losing your deposit.

I am as flexible and as accommodating as I can be for emergencies or illnesses that may require you to reschedule your appointment, but please try and contact me as soon as possible so that I can offer your appointment to other clients.

No-shows

If you don't turn up to a booked appointment with no communication then you must pay the remaining balance of your agreed treatment before you can book any further appointments.
